Shared Jewish-Arab future through education
In 2005, Ihab, a Muslim spiritual and peace leader, an Islamic Cleric, and a researcher of the Sufism Movement, and Ora, a Jewish movement therapist and educator, fell in love, married, and created a family. Their love transcended barriers of religion, language, culture, and nationality, leading to impactful interfaith, peacebuilding, and multicultural educational work in the Middle East. Today, they run OAC - a growing interfaith, bi-lingual, and multicultural educational and communal organization.
Founded in 2010, the Orchard of Abraham’s Children (OAC) is a holistic educational and communal organization dedicated to transforming Jewish-Arab relations for a shared future. OAC operates a preschool with ten kindergartens, a unique elementary school, and an interfaith community center across Israel. To date, OAC has impacted over 300,000 children, families, and local Jewish and Arab communities, and continues to grow.
